This painting is of Nagito Komaeda from Danganronpa 2. Everyone in my community knows I'm a HUGE fan of the series. Nagito is the character I oddly relate to the most.
His obsessive belief in the cycle of bad luck and good luck, as well as low self esteem disguised in somewhat of a disturbingly cheery attitude, all spoke to me as someone who struggles constantly with imposter syndrome.
That being said, while I'm sympathetic of the character and understand his behavior, there's no denying that he's decisions are controversial and dangerous. Love him or hate him, he's a fascinating character that drives the plot of Danganronpa 2.

I really tried to incorporate elements from the game into one painting, I hope fans of the series would be able to notice the symbols I hid in it.
